What is the delivery time?

Delivery consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time
Orders are reviewed, approved, and packed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Then they are handed over for shipment.

2. Shipping Time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post (or another major local courier).
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, shipping may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
This includes full insurance against theft, loss, or damage during transit.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
