Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were delivered together;
• or on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last item, if multiple items were ordered in one order and delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so via email at: support@zynkfashion.com.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have:

• received the returned goods, or
• you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
  whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than 30 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
• the supply of goods that may deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life;
• the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations;
• the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for:

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if unsealed after delivery.
